There is a slight hesitation in other price ranges due to affordability, but the high-end market continues to hold increasingly strong. This is supported by limited inventory and genuine buyer demand. Homes in 32503, 32502, and 32501 continue to carry timeless appeal — from the classic new and old East Hill architecture to sleek new luxury downtown condos overlooking the bay.

If you’ve been thinking about a change, this season might be just the right moment. Inventory on a whole is continuing to hold as neutral - neither a buyer's nor a seller's market. The market overall continues to be stabile without much variation over the last few years. The best opportunities don’t stay hidden for long, correctly priced listings that show well, still move very quickly particularly in the greater downtown area so it pays to be prepared.
